From Dallas via Hwy.#175 off of I-20:
Take the “Kaufman-Hwy#175 East” exit off of I-20 / LBJ #635. Follow Hwy#175 all the way to Hwy#198 exit just outside of Mabank. Take a left on Hwy#198 North, travel 1-3/4 miles( you will pass “Gold Buckle” gas station on left)and then take a right on Fm.Rd.#3080. Travel approx. 4 miles on Fm.Rd.#3080, you will pass Ricky’s Road Side Service(has old Texaco sign out front) on left – start to slow down and then take a left on County Rd.#2802 – can only turn left. ( These Van Zandt County Roads Do not go in order). You will stay on CR 2802 for a little under a mile and you will come to first County Road on your right – this is VZ CR #2816 and can only turn right(there is sign on left for “Heavenly Acres” ) Road will curve to right and our farm is appr. 3/4 mile down road on the right.
From Dallas via Terrell I-80 to I-20 off of LBJ Frwy.:
Take the exit next to Town East Mall in Mesquite marked I-80 to Terrell which turns into I-20 just outside of Terrell. Stay on I-20 until you reach the exit #516 marked Wills Point / Lake Tawokoni Hwy.#47. Take this exit and when you come to Hwy.#47 take a right, which is to the South. Follow Hwy.#47 for 18 miles, until it dead ends into Hwy.#198. On Hwy.#198 take a left, then an immediate right on County Rd.#VZ-2802. Follow County Rd.#VZ-2802 for 2 miles, take the second road to the left, which is County Rd.#VZ-2816. Follow County Rd.#VZ-2816 which curves to the right, and watch for the sign in front and a two story green roof house.
From Austin / San Antonio via I-35 to Waco, exiting on Hwy.#31
From Houston to via I-45 to Corsicana, exiting on Hwy.#31
After exiting either in Waco off I-35, or in Corsicana off I-45, onto Hwy#31 to the EAST, follow Hwy#31 all the way into the town of Malakoff. Watch for the main intersection of Hwy#31 and Hwy#198, and take a left which is Hwy#198-N. Follow Hwy#198-N for appr. 20 miles or so, crossing over Cedar Creek Lake several times, through to the town of Mabank. Appr. 2 miles outside of Mabank, take a right on Fm.Rd.#3080. From Tyler via Hwy.#64 to Canton, then Hwy.#198 to Farm
Take Hwy.#64 out of Tyler into Canton. As you are entering Canton take a left on Hwy.#243, (this is the only direction #243 goes) go past Wal-Mart, on through the light at Hwy.#19, then take a left at the stop sign at Hwy.#198. Proceed appr. 12 miles on Hwy.#198 to blacktop county road #VZ2802 on your left. A good landmark to watch for is a little store called “Phalba Mall” on #198 on the right.Appr. 2milesafter you pass this store is the road #2802 which only turns to the left. It is very hard to see, and almost appears to be a driveway for a little white frame house on the corner, rather than a road. There is also a yellow house on this corner. If you top the hill and see a FM.#47 intersection turning to the right, you will have gone about 50 yards too far. Finally after finding and turning onto #2802, you will proceed appr. 2 miles, taking the second road to the left, which is VZ#2816, it curves to the right and our drive is the first on the right. There is a sign in front and our house is a two story with green roof.
From Louisiana via I-20 to Canton, then Hwy.#19 exit to Hwy.#243 to Hwy.#198 to Farm
Take I-20 to Canton, take the Hwy.#19 exit and go to the left over the overpass, proceed through Canton on Hwy.#19, you will cross Hwy.#64 and proceed on #19 to Hwy.243. Take a right on Hwy.#243 proceed to the stop sign at Hwy.#198 and take a left. Approximately 12 miles, watch for County Rd.#2802 on the left. This is a small county blacktop road, and is at the top of the hill at a slight curve in the road, there will be a row of pine trees on your left, and a little white house and a larger yellow house on the corner, it almost looks like a driveway.
(If you come to the junction of Hwy.#198 and Hwy#47 on your right, you will have gone appr. 50 yards too far).
After taking Rd. #2802 you will proceed appr. 2 miles, and you will be taking the second road to the left, #2816, after turning our drive will be the first on the right. Our house is a two story with a green roof, there is a sign in front as well.
